If by settings you mean FFB, FFB is very personal and subjective thing, what is perfection for someone may be just ok or even the worst ever to someone else.

Without video of how you are driving, showing your inputs at hud, your speed and gear and your steering wheel ingame is hard to tell.

Use same wheel degree as in the logitech hub. For pedals use whatever you want, make yourself comfortable.

You can use WheelCheck for better FFB feel, it's the same proccess as in the original AC so shouldn't a problem to do it, there are tutorials everywhere

If you are still looking for this, try to look for the video about FFB ok n the ArisDrives YouTube channel (link at the bottom), Aris is the phisics developer of Assetto Corsa Competizione and there explains perfectly how to setup FFB and gives a lot of concepts that many people does'nt understand.
