Why do people constantly ask this about everything? No developer is going to telegraph sales in advance. It may or may not be discounted during the next major Steam sale, but that's as much as anyone can or will tell you.

FYI people, lowest recorded price for turkey was 1,95€ or ₺30,50 TL for base game. normal price for turkey at this moment is 12.5€ in steam.

xectur, we users don't receive advance notice when a title is going on sale within Steam. The best you can do is add it to your "Wishlist". When it does go on sale, Steam will notify you.

As others mentioned, you may be able to find it on a key site or HumbleBundle cheaper before a Steam sale. Be careful of some key sites. Some of them have been found to have keys purchased using stolen credit cards. About 2 years ago, several publishing companies revoked purchased with keys bought from some of these sites.

That's a good deal indeed for people who don't have those games, but it's odd that for me it shows a bundle with 9 games and no ACC, maybe there's some sort of region restriction? (I'm in Brazil)

Humble bundle has this and a few other racing sims/games for 13$usd that's cheap for like 5 games/sims. Look it up and i hope your country can recover
