Gamepad setup xbox360
I recently bought this game and can't adjust my gamepad for optimal play. I have already tried all the guides, and sat for several hours in the setting. But the game on the gamepad is not even close like PC2. One of the main problems is when the car continues to turn after exiting a turn. I will be glad if someone shares their setup

I don't think this game is meant to be played on a gamepad though. It is meant to be played with a wheel. It's much more simulation than PC2.

You can try this guide. Granted it's written for the Xbox One controller but it should work for the Xbox 360 controller as well.

My settings for my Xbox One Controller, that work fine for me:

Deadzone: 8% (very used gamepad)
Speed Sensitivity: 50%
Steer Filter: 83%
Steer Speed: 47%
Steer Gamma: 2.2

Auto-Steer: off

Don't give up. You will get used to the Game

Keep the auto-steer off.

I've spent 90% of my time playing this with a gamepad (around 100hours). It handles absolutely to my liking now, not too twitchy but just enough to control the spin or loss of traction.

thanks buddy, it made my driving even better. And so I do not turn on auto-steer, because such driving is just awful. I will adjust these settings a bit more and it will be just great, thanks again

I use original settings and working fine, you can play this quite well with a pad but being on top requires some skill, its not just a drive thru . And first you have to survive from the wreckfests.. Like the old saying, "If you want to finish first, first you have to finish"

I understand what you're talking about, I've been playing simulators for a long time(mainly PC 2, grid autosport) , and I must say that a good steering wheel or top gamepad is not the main factor that affects lap speed .
