No lap times or special events

The games is still not saving lap times for me since December sadly. Did anyone ever get this fixed?

No. Broken forever now. But this is standard practice for devs. Leave certain aspects of your game broke so that your sucker players will buy the new game.

It's a well known issue and has been broken for me since the early November update with Imola/488/AMG pack, the problem is Kunos has been silent about it and it's already been notified to the devs.

Nope. As I posted a couple of months ago, KUNOS DON'T CARE! Period. Fact. Just TRY getting a real answer from their laughably titled Customer Service Team. Back in early November I jumped all the hoops required just to access their supposed Customer Service, which was anything but straightforward. I wrote a detailed description of the problem, explained tht this was a problem for a significant percentage of their customers. No cussing, no hysterics, I laid out the issue as carefully and respectfully as I could. Their response? Which game is that? Which platform? What problem? Then a message stating that the ticket was closed, let us know if you have any other problems.
Bottom line. KUNOS DON'T CARE! Their logo should be a giant middle finger pointed at the world.... that's who these folks are. We got your money already, you have a problem, KUNOS DON'T CARE! I haven't checked since December, hardly a shock that three months later, still zero response, zero concern... because KUNOS DON'T CARE! Even if you don't have the issue, which for some reason most users don't, you should be aware of this group's utter sneering contempt for their customers.

From what we are told from Aris stream, its a very tricky bug and that it works for some. Can anyone verify if it works for them? Been using ACC-RC for a while so Im surprised they still haven't fixed it.

Hey, you are so right, i opened a ticket on the 505 games page. Filled out anything and be ask, what game and they cannot do something without info. Than i described again the problem. No so detailed as you, cause i guessed the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ answer of the support, and my guess was right, the support told me to send dxdiag.

Its totally keep the customer busy with 1st level support dumb answers. I like the game, i like the team, but the support? a joke.

I am in germany with IPv6 dslite, thought that was the problem since update 1.6.5, but it isnt. Please give us an answer when special events are again usable, dear devs
