The racesims that are running the best in VR are Project Cars 2 and Automobilista 2, both on Madness engine and look and run great, but the FFB and car setups need alot of fine tuning in the menus to feel really good imo

Even if you cannot necessarily see all the AI cars, they still have to be simulated. That still takes processing power. What CPU do you have?
A lot of people throw around the term "optimization" as a catch all and fix for any and all performance issues when just in reality the game could just be heavy to run.
Am I living the dream? Do I have the most best HW, nope, just scraping the barrel saving my money, buying decent gear at a time and enjoying VR. Next hurdle will probably be if I renew the headset to the next gen, but until then race on...

UE and Nvidia have since released many features that work but ACC won’t get any updates to incorporate them into the game.
What we have now is the final version of VR.
I’ll hold back on the next titles knowing the support will be next to nothing.

i have a 3070 and a RYZEN 9. difference is your OC. I need to OC.
Oh snap yes you need to OC. I didn't realize that people do not overclock their setups. Always OC, clock cycles are everything over multiple cores. Get that high speed...
I've OCd my dual, four and six core setups because it has gotten so much easier with new gear. Back in the day it was a hassle to get a stable overclock...
The only reason why I haven't done it yet is that the guides are very long and I'm scared to F up something
