Apparently there is an issue with GHUB latest version and ACC.
The game will work just fine if you unplug the wheel before launching the game, or if you disable Trueforce in the game settings. In both cases Trueforce will not work, seems like they broke something with the latest update. A mod on reddit told me he will let Kunos know about this issue.

I had that same message and game play button would go back to stop, the game would not even Start, i finally FIXED it after the Compatibility in Game file of the Acc.exe returned and then could set in there to Run it as Administrator, it Fixed that Problem of Not Playing.
The Compatibility in properties of the acc.exe on hard drive went missing and was not showing Previously, and now it is, and so ticked the run as administrator and it WORKS NOW.
