how do i play modded maps?

just got this game im looking to play f1 mods

There is no mod support on this game.

DLCs only contain tracks and cars that are part of SRO championships.

There is no way to have F1 mods in this game, or F1 in an official way.

late to the answer, but you probably bought Assetto Corsa Competizione instead of the older Assetto Corsa. The old version has full mod support and all types of cars and tracks.
