Calibration for pedals
Please tell me that there will be a calibration feature in the game?

I'm going to bump this because I believe it's actually a very important feature to confirm. I keep pushing my pedals out from under my feet trying to press in my Clubsport V3 brake with stiffness mod. For some reason the manual setting to adjust the maximum is limited to 50%... I can only press the pedal in more like 15% before it pushes the base away

Why not use the fanatec software.

I had a big problem with the brakes of my logitech g920 as well...I can only push them as far as 25% and the calibration options only allow for 50% adjustment maximum. I have resorted to using my clutch pedal as brake...hopefully this is fixed soon and i can revert to using the brake pedal

Yup, options to properly adjust pedals should be very rudimentary stuff in a game that is primarily meant to be played with steering wheel. What are you waiting for Kunos?

Try windows calibration from game controllers for logitech wheels.

There has to be in-game options to calibrate and fully adjust pedals. Why is this so difficult to understand?

Because most players (me included) seem to have the full range of pedal movement in ACC just by calibrating the pedals using the manufacturer's app in Windows.

I have calibrated my pedals in the Fanatec software and they work great in PC2, AC and many other games, but in ACC I badly need to fine tune it, because as above, with the brake mod (official) installed, I am struggling to get the correct range. Now, I could re-adjust in the control panel but that then throws out every other game I have which works perfectly with my current settings.

So a big +1 for more indepth options. Besides that, its surely going to be needed for "consoles" that don't have a "control panel" app. So I have no doubt it will make its way in at some point.

I think your problem is in not securing your pedal base to the ground and not about calibrating the pedals. But yes this option should come.

"most players (me included) seem to have" leaves quite a lot of players who don't. If you don't need that feature then good for you but that really does not mean it can't or shouldn't be in ACC. Learn to consider other people than just yourself.

Yes the game should have it the options. At this earlier stage there is workarounds, I'm just letting you know.

For me maybe I got used to it as there are older racing sims that didn't have calibration in game.

I just think a lot of people never have run the calibration tool with windows.
And fanatec calibration tool for the V3 Why would anyone not use that?
IF you plug your V3 into wheel base you can have full control on the wheel.
If not plug into wheelbase still full control through Fanatec software .

I didn't say that there shouldn't be a calibration option in ACC, just that most players don't seem to need it. If it was significant problem, I would think that we'd have more than 3 people in this thread complaining about it. To me, that would suggest that not everyone is calibrating their pedals correctly outside of ACC. If you've calibrated them correctly and still have the problem, you need to raise a bug report on the official Kunos web site.

There are 3 people in this thread who need it, and 3 people who apparently don't. You are seriously trying to make conclusions about most players based on that? You don't have a clue whether it's most players or not, and it's not really the point here anyway. There are players who do need it, so stop spamming "most players don't need it" because that is completely pointless. Besides I'm pretty sure you wouldn't say that if your most players didn't include you.

There needs to be an in-game option to calibrate and fully adjust pedals because that is very rudimentary stuff in a game that is primarily meant to be played with a steering wheel. You keep going on about calibrating it in Windows because you don't understand we are talking about ACC lacking a feature it absolutely should have. You know, like AC has, like any racing sim worth its salt has.

Lacking a rudimentary feature, and a feature being inadequately implemented, is not a bug. Stop trying to tell people what to do when you don't understand what you are saying.
