Because most players (me included) seem to have the full range of pedal movement in ACC just by calibrating the pedals using the manufacturer's app in Windows.
So a big +1 for more indepth options. Besides that, its surely going to be needed for "consoles" that don't have a "control panel" app. So I have no doubt it will make its way in at some point.
I think your problem is in not securing your pedal base to the ground and not about calibrating the pedals. But yes this option should come.
For me maybe I got used to it as there are older racing sims that didn't have calibration in game.
I just think a lot of people never have run the calibration tool with windows.
And fanatec calibration tool for the V3 Why would anyone not use that?
IF you plug your V3 into wheel base you can have full control on the wheel.
If not plug into wheelbase still full control through Fanatec software .
I didn't say that there shouldn't be a calibration option in ACC, just that most players don't seem to need it. If it was significant problem, I would think that we'd have more than 3 people in this thread complaining about it. To me, that would suggest that not everyone is calibrating their pedals correctly outside of ACC. If you've calibrated them correctly and still have the problem, you need to raise a bug report on the official Kunos web site.
There needs to be an in-game option to calibrate and fully adjust pedals because that is very rudimentary stuff in a game that is primarily meant to be played with a steering wheel. You keep going on about calibrating it in Windows because you don't understand we are talking about ACC lacking a feature it absolutely should have. You know, like AC has, like any racing sim worth its salt has.
Lacking a rudimentary feature, and a feature being inadequately implemented, is not a bug. Stop trying to tell people what to do when you don't understand what you are saying.
