You can use the tool I linked in this thread and use it for Dual monitors, too.
But in ACC itself, I don't think you can use the triple screen function for only two, so your sides might be stretched.

And since you can configure resolution and position freely, you might wanna try to render a bigger picture and move it to one side, to avoid having the bezels right in the middle

I finally figure out it works using SRWE for ACC. Basically you don't need to do step 2 of the AC mod for video.ini. Once you get into the game. you run the program and choose the second program other than acc operating. And then after that you can manually put the width you desire into the width box on the SRWE and then click the set button. All the sudden boom it works. You can use the # from the author which is 5760 or i use 7680 for better view.
