Silverstone 2018 time
I just banged this out, is this any good considering the 2018 is much faster than the 2019?

If you want to brag at least do it openly instead of pretending to post 'is this good' and if your real name isn't Verstappen have the self respect to not use it in game and if it is the same applies.

Self respect in this thread is a minimum.

if you got nothing good to say, you can just move along. I was asking if the time was good due to it being the 2018 track. And who gives a ♥♥♥♥ what name you use in a game? Oh, pricks like you.

You can also see the amount of hours I have in the game, which means i'm not some pro bragging here, i recently started.

what's the difference between the 2018 and 2019 ?

Its a good lap, but im curious. Have you done karting? Racing? A lot of simracing in another game, not on this steam account? Because i find it EXTREMELY hard to believe someone with only like 200h of experience would put a lap together that is that fast. If you saved replay, care to grab a video, or do a fast lap like that at the 2019 silverstone which i can find comparison laps for?

If this is seriously all your racing experience and no cheating going on in the lap, gj, youre some miracle natural talent.

Thanks. Do you know why ? Is it any explanation coming from the reality ?

I think they have resurfaced whit a new tarmac the track in 2019, causing a loss of grip

The track was resurfaced, idk if it will get faster over the years but it was considered worse after it was done, at least for MotoGP and flooding.

Unsure of the full accurate answer for GT3 or F1 but it is all related to being resurfaced.

I've done about 50 hours on a wheel in F1, but this is really all my sim racing/racing experience. I found myself progressing really fast the last couple of weeks, which is why i wanted to know how good this lap actually was.

And yes I did save the replay for the FP.

Top times for Silverstone 2018 are in the 1:54’s with track temps rounding the 20-30C’s. it’s a good lap but still a long way to go. And, track was super cold making you go faster, it’s roughly a second per 10C’s, you do the math.

how come colder tracks are faster? I thought when they are warmed up they are usually faster?

A quick google search will tell you everything you need regarding this matter, but like I said, colder TRACK / AMBIENT temps, faster laptimes.
