ENDURANCE RACE 3h DSQ!

hi everyone! why in the end of endurance race i have been disqualified?
no crush no pit lane problem 3 pit stop...the man from the pit tell me all ok you are in first place last lap!! But DSQ me in the end!!why?

From the official forum re Endurance race rules:

“During the race, no single stint may exceed 65 minutes.

Two full-service pit stops are mandated where all four tyres must be replaced, the car must be refuelled and a minimum time has to be respected no matter how much fuel is added.”

I expect you failed to meet these rules.

The game usually highlights when you are coming to the end of a driver stint and the pit stop screen on the MFD shows green if you’ve fulfilled the mandatory conditions e.g. changing tyres.

ACC needs really to be more clear, why there is a DSQ....i had it a few times aswell and my mandatory pit stop was all on 'green', driver change, tyres etc.. And the really bad thing is, the game lets you race to the end just to get your DSQ without even any explanation.
The spotter is allready a good addition, but this should be enhanced in the future, more communication with the team (does blancpain don't have any drivethrough-penalty, or points penalty?)

The same goes for the tyre choice on race-start, it rains, i put rain-tyres and then i should come in and put dry tyres on just to to go for a mandatory stop later to change it to wet tyres again lol (what does my team recommend for tyres to start with).

tnx a lot for clear feed, in the next race i try to complete the stop in correct mode, switching the pilot, but is strange, why the chief don't tell nothing about this during the race?

It’s happened to me twice now. Very frustrating I pitted twice, refueled, changes tires, changed drivers twice... and still DSQ an no idea what I did wrong or if it will do the same thing next time I repeat the race.

There is some room for improvement by the devs here for sure.

Wow. Just got DQ at the end of a race. Didn't exceed maximum driving time. Didn't forget to change drivers, add fuel, change tyres. Took all pit stops within the period. Didn't get a black flag. Didn't get a penalty. Game had me leading the whole race until I hit the checker when it DSQ'd me without warning.

There is hours of my life I'm not getting back. Thanks game.

Really? This thread is from Jan. 2020 and Feb. 2023 now and they never fixed it!? Wow, what a POS DevStudio indeed.

Never had this problem in 1800 hours of play. I have no idea what may be causing this problem.

Relative newbie to the game and very much still learning the ropes, so forgive me risking teaching grandma to suck eggs, but per my recent thread I've just had this problem and one suggestion I saw (not tried it out yet) is that driving straight out of the pits, instead of hard left and then out, will get you disqualified. (At the end!) I know I was guilty of this.

Basically, don't cut the white line and don't change up until the exit line.

Most of my time in this game has been doing endurance racing with the AI but never once had this issue. It doesn't help if the game isn't telling you why you were DQ but like I said I have never had issues with endurance races in this game.
