I completely forgot about that, thanks for tip. I'll give it a try.
Yesterday I did some more races and all of the sudden my disconnection is happening less frequently. Mysterious issue.
Whenever I play online it works at first, but after a while everyone else just starts flying in the last direction they where driving, random dust clouds start appearing and the session won't progress from, as an example, training to qualifying.
Sometimes it happens after 30 seconds, sometimes it takes 5 minutes.
I do manually look for servers.
As a note, I can play normal Assetto Corsa online perfectly fine, and any other online game, lol.
Hrmmm well that's not it then, most of the quick join servers seem to be European ones (plus you noted your low ping). This isn't an issue I've had personally but if it did happen to me I'd start with basic stuff like a router restart to get a fresh connection with your ISP (sorry, I know this is basic and you may have already done it :)).
If your gaming PC is connecting via wifi try running wired LAN. If this isn't an option try changing from 2.4 to 5.0ghz wireless or vice versa, run on a channel that doesn't have high traffic nearby, make sure other users in the house aren't on the same band as you - ie if your family all have their mobiles connected to 2.4, try running 5.0 on your gaming pc etc.
Also maybe try checking latest drivers for your LAN adaptor are installed and uninstall any bloatware utilities that some LAN adaptors come with (I had some major issues with Qualcomm LAN utilities in the past) and also maybe try using a different DNS server (this shouldn't matter as the game should just link directly to the server IP, but it's worth a try if above steps don't work)
I dont know if you are selecting quickrace or if you are not checking before joining but you can check your ping before you enter if you dont go with "quickrace" option.
Anything with 350ms or more I start to get in danger of ghost hits and anything beyond 450 I may get disconnected.
