Hud disappearing under these circumstances

I notice if you try to do something like a set up change, or type a text in just before the game switches to the race session my hud disappears. Its really annoying. Also typing text in just before any session change you lose the entire text and have to start over again also very annoying. Sessions also often change over before the clock is outta time.. i know you can select f-2 but that only gives you a partial hud.. what gives?

I have just returned to ACC, and have had a Quick Race in MP to test things out. I have also lost entire HUD once Qualifications have changed to Race mode (Official Server).

F2 cycles through different options. I think if you hit it 2 or 3 times, it makes the full HUD appear.

Yeah i hit it 3 times it came back, thanks..

yeah its a bug i guess... u just have to press f2 a bunch of times and it comes back.
