Multiplayer bug

Hello. I have some issues with the car. First of all, my car is very slow on the track but i am faster in the time table, meaning that after the race i take a look at the times and people who does 1.26 1.27 at Brands Hatch, are faster than me, me doing 1.24s. In the straights it¡s impossible to keep up. Also if i get pole in quali, when the race starts, on warm up "lap" the game sends me to second or third and then i stand no chance against the other cars, and i reffer to pepople who are 2-3 seconds slower than me. It's frustrating because i checked the pedals, im running a slightly modified aggressive setup on the Ferrari, i've reinstalled the game and it keeps doing the same. So, to summarize:
-I am faster on the timetables, but slower on the track, like 2-3 seconds faster on timetables but the other way around on track. I KNOW, MAKES NO SENSE
- On the warm lap, the app that shows what your position is, right before the race start, sends me to second or third

. . . You still 2 to 3 seconds faster, the lap times show you are faster but you get overtaken and cant keep up?
Or you are 2 to 3s faster on quali but when the race starts you cant keep up?

Post a video here, with your driving and the other guys driving (with HUD and showing the steering wheel, so we can check what is happening for both you and the other guys).

I am faster both on quali and race, but only on the timetables, because i go to the pits and i see what lap times people are doing and they are 2-3 seconds slower than me, which doesn't happen on track.

Im "not sure" is this the problem but some racing games affect by FPS like dirt 3(I know its an old game) if you have high frame rate you go faster ,on Low frame rate you go slower on multiplayer ,but if the timer works on you're pc it will match to FPS you have and send the server . I dont how ACC server work but maybe server takes lap times from you're pc (Just a theory!!)

no idea, i ve started experiencing the issue like 2-3 days ago, before that it was all fine. And then there is the other issue, on formation lap, the app for positioning sends me 2-3 places behind
