As I dont use a better resolution because I use a Samsung tv as screen.

If the FPS goes down to 70, if you can get used to stable frames no matter what frames that is, set it to 60 and it wont go all over the place.
Still, light/shadow and distance, along with texture quality, are what usually demand the most from GPUs.
Try checking what you can lower that dont screw with your experience but keep the frames stable (at the framerate you want).
