Nothing taken away from the mods that have improved AC,but if i took my homemade scientific water rocket to NASA im sure they could improve it.

Just like ACC if the mods were allowed to do there magic then that would improve ACC.

Therefore you have contradicted and neutralised your point all in one move.

IF. IF IF. Shaders, Post Procesing filters , and so on, should be part of the game no need of download, user could change the cartoonish colours and tones.

Honestly, if all you want to do is just change the "tones" and other related stuff in ACC, Install the latest version of Reshade (works wonders).

How taxing it is graphically in comparison to ACC?

That need to be compared apple to apple. You can pretty much make any game look vastly better with more processing effect if the 3d model is comparable.
