Assetto Corsa Competizione

Is it me or is the driving experience really bad ?
I feel really confused as of driving in this sim it honestly feels very soapy like the GT don't have any grip, the breaking feel really bad also it doesn't feel powerful at all and feels like your breaking to let someone cross the road, cannot break in a turn to "re-adjust" your racing line, the ffb is very very bad with hardly anything to adjust it, and also where is the "Competizione" ??

I drive a lot of GT3 in iRacing with the 488GT3 and i'd rather pay monthly to race there that this game, i'm honestly disapointed in KUNOS i loved AC but they need to rework on ACC

Ite a sim its mot meant to "feel good" its meant to be realistic.

Also learn how to drive and setup a race car. You are locking your brakes.

He clearly states he races GT3 in iRacing. It is doubtful that locking his brakes is the problem.

Iracing is significantly less realistic. Their car models use less accurate data and dont have the same fidelity, the physics engine is outdated, and the tracks old scans.

AC and Rfactor are barely high fidelity sims if they even are. They are down there with PC2.

Also he describes what happens when you lock the brakes. What he is experiancing is loss of static friction because his tires slide. He is probably holding the pedal all the way down. You cant so this at low speeds with default brake pressure without locking. Unless you have traction control and abs on. Which he clearly doesnt.

"AC and Rfactor are barely high fidelity sims if they even are"

And that's where my friend we all know you are not experienced at all in the sim genre and ACC is the only sim you've played. either that or you're a dev shilling.

Yes the driving feels very bad,

perhaps the simulation in this game is so realistic, it feels like driving a wireless car from home and not from the seat in the car.
I prefere a good feeling, a simulation of me drivng a car from it's seat, with a car giving feedback in my wheel.

Yes ! Exactly ! Maybe the feeling will be fixed when they improve the FFB but as for now I don't want to drive on ice with soapy tires.

Get gtsports it nails the feel of grip and sense of speed.

This games good but not as good as the fan boys think I'm sorry but its true.

I know I suck on monza.
ACC is not an arcade game, drive accordingly.
