race in multiplayer

when I put myself on the grid, multiplayer mode, for the race, the car is penalized and goes back to the pits. why? it always happens

Ingnition, starter... you need startup your car and this before race starts or you will be put right back into the pit

duh yea click drive and rev engine to start it pretty basic ..

This happened to me earlier!

Then I realised it my own fault, talk about a noob error :D

I had a really strange problem - car is frozen "controls locked", then it says I can only move at green light, then when I'm on the track actually moving it acts like I'm in the pits.

It seemed to be related to me altering my car setup before the race (not loading a setup - actually changing it).

Bug, or feature?

It then says I am disqualified for "speeding in the pit lane" yet I finish the race, collect the points, and on the podium!

Makes no sense. I think this is a glitch here.

Feature.
In the middle of the screen is a Little window, you Must be in green if you faster or slower you become DT, if start earlier DT.
That feature is cool, I like it.

after hundreds of successfull races this is now happening to me, starts me from pits every time.. must be a bug.. this game is so frustrating.. going back to iracing
