Here is simracing on PC is not a game for joystick .
G27 not expenssive on used offer board , i play with G27 , 7 year , i pay 100€ , it's a minimum for simracing .

Assetto Corsa , Rfactor2 , Race room experience , Iracing , on PC , it's not a game , it's simulation , a world of simracing , it's serious .

Please no play on simracing comunauty soft with your joystick in mode multijoueur , please , please ...

Well disregarding some of the more ... condescending responses, your asking for a pretty odd thing. Its sort of the same as asking to add wheel support to a flight simulator. I have no doubt that you like your joystick but I would reccoment at least switching to a gamepad, youll probably have an easier time.

I can't believe that someone plays ACC or a similar Game with a joystick or Gamepad. It's horrible to think about it ;D

A good beginner Wheel is a Logitech G27,29 or G920 or a Trustmuster Wheel
Play it with that and after a few races, you will buy a Pro Set. Believe me :)

A reasonable amount of people actually use gamepads and do quite well after a lot of practice.

Bear in mind that he may not be able ot afford a wheel, they can be quite pricy even at the low end depending on your monetary situation.

If you can't give a constructive answer then don't bother to respond.
You are sadly misinformed about several things.
Your ridiculous answer is comparable to me saying to someone, who complains about low frame rates
"Don't bother with that crap graphics card, for sims you need at least a gtx 1080"

There are plenty of players who use pads, and who are miles quicker than me, even though I use a thrustmaster t300rs and Ferarri F1 rim!

Can you imagine how pleased Kunos would be to find out that some of their playerbase are trying to deter others from buying their product??

Grow up or even better, just go away.....

woahh....whats with the white knighting act? is the OP some Twitch THOT that sends out tentative "nudes" or something..?

Even though that individuals response is pointless, moronic and a waste of time and energy, id like to think that op takes no notice and is not really bothered by "words", as thats all they are, and as ridiculous as the individuals addition/point is, unfortunately he has the right to post it. a shame i know, but this is the internet after all, its full of b0110cks and morons. Doesnt mean we have to be "offended" or throw ourselves into the midst of someone elses discussion.

If (as it seems to me) youre the one who is offended, by proxy, i suggest you have a look at your coping mechanisms and perhaps do a bit of "growing up" yourself. (especially if thats you in your profile picture)

only a child would get triggered by some randomer on the internets meaningless, unemotional words, that arent even directed at them........ just because its his "opinion" doesnt mean you have to agree, listen or take any notice, and by doing what youre doing, youve made it worse, instead of everybody just ignoring the idiot who thinks hes superior, because he uses a toy wheel to play a computer game that others play without a toy wheel..

like it puts him on some kind of higher plane of existence

rather than make him become the sort of person that the rest of the world looks at and thinks...

"sad"

Tentative nudes would be more apt for someone your age falster194, I'm far too old and past it.

It's a fair point though m8, I'm feeling particularly run down today, got a very nasty virus, bad enough for someone younger, let alone someone my age.

I'll try to refrain from getting triggered in future, lol

I want to thank all the comments, everyone can give their opinion at will, what I wanted to say is that I am accustomed to the Joystick, I have a lot of sensitivity in the analog and I feel good about it, what I want is for KUNOS to put the same controls configuration option as exist in ( AC ) also in the ( ACC ). I hope that this appeal reaches the engineers of KUNOS, THANK YOU ALL

I am not sure that they read the steam forums, if you want to get their attention you would probably have better luck on the official forums

I agree. I use a joystick for all driving games. assetto corsa is good with it and project cars is even better. I tell the system its a wheel then use speed sensitivity to get it right. Problem in assetto corsa competizione is you cant use speed sensitivity with a wheel.
danosdirectos Jul 20, 2019 @ 5:20am
Have you tried setting it as a gamepad?

So you play with a plastic toy makes it better how? From your response anyone using anything less than a fanatec clubsport wheel is just using a toy. There are plenty of people who use a gamepad and are quicker than wheel users! I haven't used a pad for 5+ years but was posting better times than some on a wheel after 4 laps so what gives?

I agree with your comment 100%.

I'm sure Kunos will be over the moon with a wheel using snob (I'm a wheel user myself) telling pad users to not play and buy this game!

If brains were material he wouldn't have enough to make a gnat a pair of spats!!
DC2Dixon Jul 20, 2019 @ 6:36am
Ye Mondyrocks seems people think having a wheel is the only way you can play games now. I have a Fanatec csp V2 but wouldn't say to someone not to use a pad/joystick as some people don't want or have the room for a wheel. My rig takes up half my room and is a pain to move whenever I want to play other games. I've seen people on pads setting top 10 times on games. I wouldn't use a pad if my pedals were working but that's just my preference.
