Are you asking: Why are car sounds better in ACC than AC? Or better in AC than ACC?
Because car sounds are better in ACC and its because its a newer game...

I'd say because you have good memories with it. And those memories are linked to the unique sound of AC.
I'll say that ACC is live music and AC is studio recording. Both are good in different ways. But ACC with lots of environment sound is just more realistic.
Btw, some mod cars in AC still sound the same. AC offcial contents have better sound.
