This game is not smart!!
The paddles turns with the wheel, and that is not confortable
As mentioned:
Use the H shifter as up and down with 2 gears (like a rally car uses).
Modern racing cars are only sequential (and often with automatic clutch) so you can use the paddles on the wheel or a separate shifter it you can set it as sequential (but not realistic as GT3/GT4 all have paddles and no shifter).
So no H pattern and no heel and toe in ACC ... See older cars in AC or rFactor2 for that
