Fanatec CSL Elite detected in setup but not working in game

Just fired up ACC for the first time. My Fanatec CSL Elite was not detected at all, so I installed fresh Fanatec drivers. That fixed the detection, and I set the wheel up, it shows the wheel rotating etc. When I launch the game though the wheel will not steer. The buttons work. The pedals work. The gears shift. But no steering. Any ideas?

Having a similar problem. I'm able to set all of the driving controls, but when I get into a session, most of them don't work. If I turn the wheel, I can feel the FFB resisting, but the car's wheel doesn't move. I have a logitech G920 wheel.

I also have Heusinkveld Pro Pedals, and they're not responding either. Again, they work in the options menu, but not in a session. I'm able to shift gears for some reason, but without the pedals working, the car just dies.

Tried rebooting the sim, resetting all of the controls, no dice. Did you get yours working?

I was having the same issue:
1. Go to Options -> Controls
2. Detect devices
3. Choose your Fanatec Club Sport Pedals
4. Save

I've just tried this and it doesn't do anything can't save anything. When I map the inputs for my wheel the brakes are the throttle and vice versa.

Same here - I’m using a Logitech G25. Setting up controls in game, the game seems to think the throttle and brake pedal are the same pedal. ...was hoping this would have been sorted by the second release :(

After installing a new firmware for the csl elite you have to calibrate the wheel with some button combination. You should also try different usb ports and unplug other devices such as gamepads.

Hello. I have CSL Elite LC Official wheel & pedals for PS4, which aren't working. Wheel base is in PC mode and my PC is detecting it all fine. The game isn't though. All Fanatec drivers are up to date. Options screen in ACC doesn't appear to have any option for detecting device. I think this was changed since some of these earlier posts?
Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Did you turn on the wheel before you started the game? If you don't see any options for your steering wheel then the game didn't recognize your steering wheel at startup.

this. always turn your wheel on before you start a sim... many of them have problems if you dont.

My CSL Elite wheel base and wheel used to work in ACC and I racing and now it doesn't but it shows up and is working in Fanatec control panel ??
