If he's not happy with the first simulator to actually continue what the glorious GTR2 did in 2006, which is to recreate a full series with ALL the cars and ALL the tracks, he's got the power to not buy this specific simulator and keep driving on generic sims that only have a few cars from each class, some mod tracks with varying quality, and so on.
I'm looking forward to ACC.
- All cars
- All tracks, laser scanned
- All real liveries
- The actual racing rules
- Ranked races
- An actual competition-focused sim that mirrors a real world series.
We've waited 12 years for this.
Cheers.
I never said that this wouldn't be enough, I just mentioned thats not a lot. Also, I am very aware of the quality of Kunos products, which greatly excels any other product. Adding historic vehicles would have been another option. But for know I am impressed by the fanboys rage, not knowing how many hours I've spent in AC.
Anyway, thanks for your answers.
Anyways, we had another similar discussion about Blancpain Asia as DLC for ACC, but that's for another year I guess. See u in 12 days if you are planning to EA. Cheers!
Also, complaints like this aren't logical... Go complain about DCS Black Shark 2 how it has just one helicopter and costs 48 euros.

Quality vs. quantity
Early access costs 25€, which will give you the whole damn game, all tracks laser scanned, and 2019 season later, for no extra cost
In iRacing, one car $12. One track $12 or $15 depending on the track. With laughable graphics. And you can't even use them, without subscription (one year is $66 currently, with 40% "generous" discount, normal price $110).
ACC will also have rating system similar to iRacing, but no subscription. Think it might kill iRacing, I hope it does. Or make them drop their prices drastically
They clearly don't have all the cars and tracks ready yet, and the reasons why specifically the Porsche won't be in EA are unknown.
Also, while nobody is forced to buy the game while on EA, it's clearly a good deal if you think about it.
