This particular one doesn't come with a seat. $249.95
Saying that... a real car seat out a scrap yard/breakers would only cost $20/30.
The frame will allow you to bolt the seat with its sliding adjusters onto it.
There's also a place for your shifter to bolt on to.

They have shops in canada, us and europe.
Hope this helps.
FYI...
Race frame "Bucket" seats can get uncomfortable in long race sessions/ endurance races.
I personally use an old porsche 924 seat that i got from my local breakers yard ~20 years ago.
I have two bucket seats, but they're not used.
I saw this on eBay, the only thing that I don’t like is the bar between my legs.

I saw the diy PVC setup videos, I might do it if I couldn’t find anything else online.
So I have to make sure the seat has the adjusters. How straightforward attaching the seat to the frame is?
Goin for a bucket seat... you should be able to bolt that straight onto frame(make sure).
Breakers carseat... you can bolt straight onto frame with or without the sliders.
You may as well take the sliders.
Though they're not needed, it just makes getting in and out easier. :)

^^frame for chair^^
Look at the bottom of a carseat in a car.
There's only four ~10mm or 3/8" bolts holding it in.
You undo them from under the car, literally 5mins of lying on you back, no trollie needed.
Bolts undone. the whole seat and sliders attached lift right out.
The bolts are right there... access couldn't be more simpler bro.
Of'cos i appologise if you already know this, but well... nice to be nice n' that. :)
ps. i can guarantee you that the raceframe i linked to, has four pre drilled holes for the seat.
In fact... the whole frame is predrilled for logitech, thrustmaster etc. and comes with templates, which can be used if you want to modify the frame in future.
The folks in the shop will tell you if they need to modify it in any way.
eg. you have some exotic setup.
But for standard wheels = no modifications needed.!!
Bolt your chair, wheel and pedals straight onto it.
I have it permanently set up in my living room with their floorstanding monitor stand, and use it for all my PC gaming with a Roccat lapboard for my keyboard and mouse, and hung a Creative Labs Katana soundbar under the monitor with velcro straps.
It does really well for a relatively budget sim chassis, and was pretty easy to put together. The only slight issue I have are that the instructions are quite bad, but there are plenty of vids on youtube on how to set it up. I've used it every day for the last 12 months and nothing is loose or out of place.
I found the GT Omega customer support to be really fast and helpful for any questions I had before I made my purchase. I can highly recommend it.
I also attached some bass transducers and a Buttkicker LFE module for tactile feedback with SimShakerWheels and it complements the FFB from the wheel really well for telemetry or audio based tactile.
I used this setup for my Logitech G920 wheel and pedals as well without any issues. The Fanatec 2.5 wheelbase works better as you can bolt it to the mounting plate, and it's rock steady. The included pedal plate also works with the Fanatec v3.5 pedals, however they mounted very slightly off-centre, but it isn't immediately noticeable, and isn't bad enough to notice when you rest your feet on the pedals.
Vibrations can cause some of the parts to resonate, so I used some thin strips of neoprene between the support struts and the wheel mounting plate to isolate it, which helped.
The wheel support plate is mounted to adjustable arms you can pull towards you and up, or away and down to try and get the ideal wheel placement. The seat is mounted on a sliding rail to adjust the reach from the seat to the pedals, and you can set the seat height with the seat brackets.
Once you bolt the seat bracket to the base it's a big job to try and alter the height again, so make sure you are certain about the seat height when you construct it the first time round. I'm quite short 5ft 5 and I had to make the chassis as short as possible so I could reach the pedals comfortably. Anyone shorter than 5ft 5 may have problems using this.
I would maybe avoid trying to use the OMEGA Art HOTAS mount. It was designed as an optional addon, and the design is frustrating, unstable and very poorly implemented. Just avoid it, but this is the only really bad thing I can say about the whole setup.
