"To actually start the car, you then need to step on the brake pedal and pull one of the clutch levers below the paddle shifters and press the start/stop button on the steering wheel. Then you can pull the right paddle to engage first gear."
So yeah, it does have a manual clutch. Obviously it's not needed for shifting because auto clutch, but it does have its uses.
Looking at pics of GT3 car interiors, just about all except Lambo have three pedals. Now the the third one could be a handbrake, but I kinda doubt it. Also in AC (which tends to be pretty accurate in these things) you can use clutch with all GT3 cars.
