Career mode issue

Hi Guys,

Just started Career mode see what its like, pass through the Lamborgini bit at start, then you get to setting up own team, i went with short season/career option picked a car then saw it wanted me to add 2 more drivers after team name so i did,

At race 1 at Zolder i drove Practice 1 no issues , then Qualify 1 no issues , then in Qualify 2 it put my second driver in the car and nothing happened, It didn't drive, i couldn't drive the car just sat there as the session ran through.

anyone else have this?

yeah i had this too... you have to start your car manually. igntion first then start engine. you might to have to hold the start engine button for a few seconds, and this doesnt always work. ACC career mode is badly ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up. you even cannot make a pause after the practice/quali, since you have to do it again, if you decide to exit the career. the formation lap is on no matter what you have set in settings, it is ALWAYS a full formation lap. in this case ABSOLUTELY NO KUDOS TO KUNOS. im glad, that i didnt buy it and tested a cracked version before, i wouldve been very disappointed if i wouldve paid money for this.

that didnt work, i can re cycle the ignition and sit on starter button for ages no fire no wheel movement, the starter turns over but i would say atm its broken if you use " two" or more drivers

Same issue here. Can't qualify the 2nd driver, but can drive as them in race 2 (starting last). Also lost all bonuses because I skipped the 2nd Q session to see what happens. Hopefully it gets fixed.

Well hope they fix, i didnt make it too race 2 , kinda rage quite before it.
Guess it restart on only enter 2 drivers instead of 3 see if that works if not bin it until they fix it.
This isnt a release Quality title atm Devs.

It seems that V1.0.1 has solved the problem with Q2 and R2 no start.

There are STILL issues. They fixed Q2 issue, but now:

- in the R1 pitstop it kicked me 10 times into menu. Car didnt start, no ignition. After loading wheel again, it worked.. lost 20 secondes.
- Career goals arent achievable, e.g. i overtook 2 cars, i had no cut and no invalid lap an no contact but i got no Bonus for hammertime and overtake...

It seems that beta worked better than the release version.

I think i found the solution for the no start after pitstop.
The pitstop popup/menu has to be quitted, i can do it with DEL. Then the car can be started.

cheers for responce guys, i will re try career mode later see how it goes, just sux i have to re do the boring lambo driver test bit again, surly it should detect if you have Gold on this Before even if re starting a career... but oh well... starting to think way to much effort for only 2 season career mode.... ( and everyone ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ about F1 series games, they are bettor out of the box than this)

yeah i noticed that last night no points, also the driver i put in as my team mate drove both races in Zolder. like WTF.. we should be refunded our fees for testing this garbage

really ? then i will quit my career right now.. this is the entire point..

so championship would be fine, but i heard that you cannot play as yourself in that case ? that means that is useless as well..

so single player is useless in that case, i still do iracing online.. so untill they fix this i won;t be playing this game.
