Driver Rating Not Working

yep not connecting issues there as well as multiplayer not connecting to show any servers

Yes, and the most one thing that needs adjusting is the Safety Rating being penalized if I just breathe on another car. They need to make it a SR Penalty when you actually hit someone. Slight rubbing and minor taps are normal and aren't a Safety Concern. Overall the driving feels excellent though.
