2nd player possible ?

hi, first of all, this game ist fantastic, some bugs ok, not really finished, also ok, but driving is really awesome.
maybe im stupid, but where can i setup a second or third player ? i can only update my drivers profile, but i need more than one, because of friends playing and lowering my rating...
any ideas or am i just blind ?

Not sure about that... I was going to suggest copying the save file and just re naming the profile but stats will be server sided and might not work.

If you can't solve it. Steam family sharing might be a work around so that your mates don't kill your rating (been there lol)

You cant. You are not supposed to share your account anyway.
The game works with family sharing.

i just need a solution for guests who wanna try sim racing.
is there any gaming mode in ACC which is rating-free ?

Not yet implemented , they say it will be possible turn off Ratings in the future.

practice and hotlap is possible with no major rating hits, when they're new to sim racing then they shouldn't join races, not to speak of online sessions anyway, they need to practice at first ;)

Either create a second account on steam and use family sharing (I did this with AC as its on another account) or could you just go offline with steam before launching the game. Don't play enough to know how the safety rating works but I think you need to be online for it to take affect. It wasn't working on the release day when the servers were terrible anyway. First point is probably your best bet mind.

Since last update everything is fine. Go to settings. SA rating only multiplayer. So your drunken friends can crash with AI. Btw dont drink and drive ;)
