Ac felt outdated even with slp and sol
Mainly in the visual and sound department
Did a few races and couldnt get to it
And i have 1200+ on ac
So for me acc is superior almost on all the aspect that both games shares
The same....almost 300 hrs in ACC and can't go back to PC2 and AC.
ACC is the new satndard....
having a bad experience from your side doesn't mean the game is bad, TBH, i encountered really a few issues, mainly CTD in ver 0.2 and 0.3 apart from that for me the game is very solid, runs great and it feels great even on my potato and nowhere near AC is better that ACC, sound is superior, physics are more complex and accurate and visually vs AC vanilla can't be compared
Same here, 316 hrs in ACC and counting since 0.1 but for me the transition was easier since I only raced GT3s in R3E, AC and RF2. AC was for everyone while ACC was targeted to a specific audience by design. That audience is me.
Reduce the saturation. Try 90% or 80% for that realistic look in ACC. The first time I played AC I had the opposite problem, an online search showed why videos others had posted look so colorful. In AC by default the saturation was too low. in ACC the default 100% can be too rich.
What do you expect to be fixed with your mp issues? How is AC any better in open servers? ACC you can use servers avoiding exactly that issue but then you need to fix yourself first to use these.
I understand that many on these forums expected it to look just as good on their slightly under-powered rigs. Yeah, that's not how this works.
Since i buyed AC Competizione at day one (12 September 2018) i have played 140hrs.
Now, if i come back play to Assetto Corsa, i feel i'm playing on Game Boy: Outdated grapichs, outdated sound, outdated UI, outdated FFB, outdated game. Even whit mods like Sol feels stuffy, because of oversaturated tracks, unbalanced colors and post processing (fogs, light ecc) not very refined. Sol looks like what it is: a simple mod. ACC for me is a new standard for racing games,on which I would never go below it.
Both are solid racing games / simulations.
AC is and was a bit easier and still very nice simulation with many different cars.
ACC is more difficult. It is all about "Competizione" and it is very REALISTIC!
I don't care about Night or Wet Races, I like racing on dry tracks and sunny days
