Hey, ive had this game for a while and its very fun, but its been almost one and a half years since the last update, any news on Pax Nova's future?

I was played 150+ turns and find out my credits running low, so i deleted all my cities and armies except of few ships, turned off all edicts, skip some turns and here i am spending -450 Cr for nothing, how can i solve this problem? How to decrypt the guardian chip? I've found no way to solve the puzzle. No special research centre district improvement, no special district like transcendence pod available.
