The hardest monster is actually those yellow wizards in School because detonate magic is wack.
Shadow Headmistress went from being a forgettable mid boss, to the hardest boss in the game. Her new spells are much stronger, and she summons shadow wizards that cast detonate magic.
Meanwhile the final boss is anti climatic as he only get extra health.
EDIT: I just remembered that Detonate Magic does Arcane damage, so I guess that *does* give her a way to poke at the hole in Copernica's armor there

Mana Barrier
Book Bash x2 (debuff magic attacks)
Dispel
Elementary
Sleep (use on 1 wizard)
Same here with Solo Galleo, easiest way.
