Where are the last few chests in chapter 17?

I've played Chapter 17: On the Threshold of Fate twice and checked the IGN guide. I've found all 5 chests marked on the map but still couldn't find the last few chests (maybe 3). I'm current at 63%. Any help?

Thanks for such quick fix! However, my Bound And Determined achievement is still locked. I've already collect all other treasure chests before the update patch. I already replayed the chapter 17 again after update patch but the achievement is still locked.

What should I do for the achievement to unlock?
