Replace gun camera tape?
Can someone tell me what that is?

As you look at the front of the aircraft, right hand side right next to the engine is the camera (see: https://i.imgur.com/48bU9eb.jpg)

Just open it up, pull out the old tape and then just add new tape. You don't have to go to the truck for a new one, you just have it to put it in.

2022 update- you DO have to go to the truck for the new tape, and the gun camera is on the port side of the plane, so left wing (only right if you're facing it from the front of the hangar) at the root, you can tell from a little hole for the camera lens in front of the panel you remove. Hope this may be helpful!
