BLACK SCREEN INTRO...
So I've followed the steps in the config to change the number to fix the black screen intro...
I've only seen the intro once when I put it on 1 however after closing and restarting the game I get the black screen intro again ???

I've tried updating my pc, I've rebooted twice, I've reinstalled the game, i've deleted the config file... NOTHING WORKS.

PLEASE HELP :(

My CPU is a AMD RYZEN 5 1600.

The build update says to use "MovieType=2" for AMD CPUs.

Sorry I should've mentioned I used 0-1-2 none of them work :/
When I first booted up the game I had the black intro then I read about the fix and tried all options.
But 1 was the only one that worked but it only worked once for some reason...

I've got absolutely no clue anymore here :(

Can you watch the intro directly from the game folder with Windows Media Player?

Then maybe use "SkipMovie=1"? This is the only workaround I can think of right now. :/

Are there more then one movie in the game like this ? if so I'm putting this game on hold then...

The same thing happens to me and I have Intel
the truth is that I just downloaded the game I do not know if it has something to do, although in fact I already end it many times on console and no, there are no more cinematics.
and also I already did what the developer's post specifies.

Same I bought the game today and had this issue :/ but since there are no other movies I might as well skip it and try to play the game...

Maybe it's a codec issue? Try using GSpot?

Yea man, it's just that cinematic
and only appears twice and is the same, what I did was automatically jump the cinematic as it says in the post of the developer.
that worked and it saves me the time of not seeing anything, in the post I also read that in intel it uses directshow to present the video and I do not have installed tha Filter pack and for that reason I do not see any change, or so I think

I don't think it's a Codec issue, because I've been downloading codec packs left and right to no succes...
