My CPU is a AMD RYZEN 5 1600.
Sorry I should've mentioned I used 0-1-2 none of them work :/
When I first booted up the game I had the black intro then I read about the fix and tried all options.
But 1 was the only one that worked but it only worked once for some reason...

I don't think it's a Codec issue, because I've been downloading codec packs left and right to no succes...
