opening is black screen

Everytime i start the game the opening is just a black screen, i can hear the intro going but its just a black screen.

Nope can't find the steam location to find this game nor it's not under USER. I'm already pissed with genshin impact

Did not fix the problem for me. Worst part is,the movie did used to work. One day it worked, I turned the game off, came back an hour later to play again and suddenly the movie didn't play anymore and hasn't since. I just accept it now. If want to see the intro, I watch it on Youtube.
