D1 and D2 were on the PS2, and D4 and D5 were on the PS4. That's why they got ported. Disgaea 3 and Disgaea Dimension 2 were PS3 titles, and neither of them has a sales expectancy comparable to the games they've ported.
Disgaea 4 was a PS3 game.
Why the heck did you think it was on the PS4?!?!
I literally own a copy for my PS3!
I beat it on my PS3.
That is correct, it was a PS3 game, but it was later released on PS4 and the Switch, and it was that version which was ported to PC a year later. Meanwhile, Disgaea 3 is available on the PS3 and Vita only.
Well duh. I can't fathom anyone thinking otherwise, especially considering all the content in the Vita version not in the original.
Just stating a fact, don't gotta push your glasses up and be all prickly.
Nobody had even mentioned that the Vita port had more content, so I actually added something to the discussion.
What exactly did your post add?
One assumes so. People seem to have a weird doom and gloom about things that have no actual truth to them.
And then one also assumes, if they can port a game TO the Vita and use that to make a PC (or newer console) port, then no there really isn't some big huge barrier stopping PS3 to PC ports. Extra work, for sure, but not a dealbreaker.
