It also runs way smoother for me. I couldnt get more than 21 FPS at 1080p, now I get a stable 30 FPS.
For all of those saying the game is blurry, try to turn off the Anti-Aliasing. After that the game stopped looking blurry for me.
I hope you have a VERY old PC.....
Thanks for the tip, but it is still blurry.
Just finished Laharl`s DLC and when I select it again, I can only enter the first stage. Is this right?

Yeah, seems like all the legacy character DLCs have three stages but the first stages are the only repeatable ones.

It is better than the old demo in terms of dialogue portrait. Font is still blurry AF.

The problem is caused by the lower resolution sprites, both artwork and fonts, changing vsync, resolution etc will not fix that, only using the correct full resolution assets will fix it, you should have access to them from the PS4 build.
The result varies depending on the size of your screen and your viewing distance. If your screen isn't too big, you might only notice a slight difference when comparing the shots, since your pixels are small. But the difference between a 1080p screen resolution and the 720p game resolution becomes more noticeable on a bigger screen. PC players are usually quite close to the screen so people with large screens are likely to notice these things. On the other hand, my buddy plays the 720p Switch version on a 55" television screen, but he's sitting way back on the sofa and says the game looks great.
It's as CyBeRDrizzt said. The problem lies with the game's graphics assets which seem to be from the Switch version and hence 720p. The blurring people are reporting most likely isn't a bug, it's a result of the assets being stretched to fill a large display screen (23" or larger) and playing close to the screen. Using the 1080p assets from the Playstation version would eliminate this problem and increase sharpness.
I play with 1920x1080 game resolution on a 19" screen with 1080p native resolution, borderless mode, resolution fit to window, vsync on. I posted screenshots above in this thread with AA both on and off. I don't see a problem when I play, but if I compare my screenshots to ones from the PS version I can see a difference in sharpness. My screen isn't large enough to turn that difference into a problem.
