HOWEVER, he and his allies don't have any ridiculous evilities or stupid amounts of health like Baal.
Most of the post game in D5 is about setting up evility combinations that push your damage (not just stats) through the roof, so you're not really wrong to be scratching your head here.
In fact, here's a video of someone with a 10mil stats generic unit beating Carnage Dark without DLC evilities. With DLC evilities such as Critical Point, you can set up even more multipliers.

Geo Blast is the best way to do it if you've got alchemy spewing out gency exits. The benefit with it is, you can crank difficulty stars WAY up and get huge amounts of class xp at 20 stars regardless of enemy strength and your own stats.
If you don't want to do it with Geo Blast for whatever reason, Martial Training 4 is an option I often use. Crank the enemies to whatever difficulty you can one-shot real quick with a 3x3 attack. You may need to clear it several times depending on your strength and the class being mastered, but if you put your character and their killing skill at the top of the lists to minimize the number of button presses you need, it'll still be REAL quick, especially if you're strong enough to add a star or few to carnage MT4. Just don't forget to equip the Workshop Intern evility. It's easier if you've already set up extract farming and can give your character 20 million evility-boosted base stats from extracts before doing this. Lets you add more stars.
Oh, and for human characters who don't have a 3x3 attack, Usalia has a 3x3 magichange attack you can use at the cost of a few extra button presses per clear. Or you can teach your characters a spell and level it up, but that takes some effort and mana of its own to get strong enough, since bigger spell areas cut down the spell's power somewhat.
Another alternative to Geo Blast would be to use the Trash Pickup evility from Raspberryl, since it deathblows any object in the item world, and so that can be done without needed any stats in particular.
That's great! I didn't know about that one. Thanks for sharing!
If abusing Zetta-Petta-Zetta overloads, you can do 20+ units at a time.
