How to transfer Overloads?

Heard it was possible.

For example I made a 9-tails (who has much better stats) and would like to transfer Izuna's Comet Overload to my new 9-tails. I tried going through the Char World to make a scroll but had no option to make one for the Overload or to even just xfer it.

Am I doing it wrong or did I hear wrong that you can xfer Overloads to other characters?

You gotta beat the game first.
Then you pass the "I want to use Izuna's Overload!" (or something like that) bill in the assembly with the character you want to have it.
