Can you give a link or simply post a guide for lucky boards? Thanks in advance!!

You can check their descriptions in "Status" or just remember the panel over their heads, they either have a bunch of mana or exp / skill experience or HL.

One thing i do not understand is the Job board, what does it mean? Sorry I'm kinda newbie in this game.
