WTH is a symbol and What happen when a vote fail and one of your senator voted nay Do you have to fight him/her/it.

When vote fails choices are give up(return netherworldd), pay up(cost varies) or fight them(and beat them and it passes). If your senator opposes and you pick fight you have to beat them up(upgrade that squad so they won't oppose). You will end up paying their hospital bill too iirc.

Symbols are the item family that raises every stat. Ie, imperial seal, dark rosary, etc.

You only fight if the majority is nay, you fight all who say Nay. BE WARNED, if you hit someone who said Aye, they will turn hostile to you.

I know about the rule of the dark assembly I just didn't know if one of my senator will fight me when he say nay and what dicate the voice power of your senator? Level or something else. So Symbol are Emblem?

And in case your wondering yes i do cheese the fight in the dark assembly as in I try to get the highest lvl to vote aye and throw all the higher low level to it.

Yes, you'll have to beat your team member. Just increase the facility to the maximum level and your teammates will always vote 'AYE'

It's actually a breeze to past every bill in the game once you have a full squad of Dark Assembly members at full level, as they'd all overpower the entire Assembly of the Senators with their Aye vote (which is pretty much the strongest level of Aye by the way).

So much that I could pass even 1% success rate without paying a single dim.

And no I rather not fight my Senators who are just equally strong in stats term with my main squad lmfao XD

Yeah me too since one of my senator is a self insert and he is the Strongest Stat wise and he a Dark knight that uses Sword and lance with a mega heal and Mega Star (for slime or phys reisistance enemies). So yeah very Dangerous.
