Some questions about legendary weapons.

What do i need exactly to get them?

I know weapon rank needs to be r40(or r39 if i'm not wrong) and needs mastery on S-100 too.

So if someone can make that clear to me, i would be very thankful.

Your weapon mastery must be 40 or higher, I think. Make sure to talk to the weapon when you see it in its Mystery Room.

Also, there's another legendary weapon in the game - one for each weapon type, obtainable only via NW Research. These weapons have the Revenge Booster unique innocent.
