The only DLC class that's really "good" by any measure is the Kunoichi, if only because her unique evility is broken as hell.
have a character stand next to a character he has created, and he will be able to use the other ones skills at level 0. If the skill reaches level 1, he will gain it permanently.
the second is if you use the chara world, but I think the first option would be better.
And there are secret scrolls thich allows you to learn new skills, so there is that option as well.
How did you level yours until then?
I've only played Disgaea 5 a couple of hours but if it's the same as the previous titles you could level up low level chars by :
1) perform adjacent attacks, have two chars stand next to each other and use a strong char to kill a high level enemy, if they perform a combo attack both chars get exp
2) build a tower with low lvl chars and one high level and kill high level enemies
3) have your char out in the open at the end of the stage and grab that bonus gauge xp
I'm sure there are many more ways to do it.
You have to unlock everything in the game through story mode so you unlock a litlle something to help with dillema. Dont forget to have them memorize an evility that self heals them from the zombie sub class.
You could apply the same logic to a sorcerer, even if you're only giving her 1 element.
