Basically, Land Decimator has a mediocre chance to hit and does meh damage.
But, if you level up the skill and stand the Sage next to Christo, who boosts is accuracy, it becomes able to strike down large numbers of enemies at once. Even moreso if you give the Sage the evilities from the Twin Dragon (can attack twice if it hasn't moved this turn) and use another Sage to give it Extra Attack - that gives you 3 map-wide attacks.
Then, you protect Christo and your units with the Slumber Cat's evility "Softness Aura", which protects them from friendly fire.
but how do I get Twin Heads and the overload skill comet disaster ?
for Twin Heads, have your Sage get 6 stars in the Twin Dragon subclass (by choosing said subclass via dark assembly and then constantly fighting with that unit).
To get Comet Disaster, you have to beat the game first. Then, you can take the Sage (or any generic character) to the Dark Assembly and choose "Give Me Izuna's Overload" and pass it.
