How do you get Mr Gency exit's

im running out of them to level my weapons and armor.

If you're in the post-game, you can create them at the Alchemy Lab squad.
If not yet, it's guaranteed at Lvl1 on the bonus board on floors with a multiple of 10, iirc.
Other than that, I think if you're in earlier levels, it can appear on the bonus rank list (Mr Gency is a rank 3 item).

defeat the item general of the item world every 10 levels. but the best way is the 'Alchemy Lab'

You get it once per floor X0, assuming the Bonus Gauge makes it to at least 1 before you proceed to next floor.

You'll get a ton of them once you get the lab ready up, later in game..That damned lab maxes out my inventory when I forget about it.

Wait, there's an inventory limit? How high is it?

The only limit I found displayed so far is the 256 Innocents at the manager...

the inventory limit is 2000 item total. and yes, since Mr Gency Exit are pretty quick to finish (maybe 2 stage? I forgot exactly how long) compared to some item which take around 10 stage... let's just say completing (or skipping by using the gate) a few stage in IW will get you quite a few once you return.

Sometime when I run out of them i just put a queue in the alchemy shop and after i clear 10 stage I have somewhere between 5 and 10 simply appearing in my inventory. just make sure SOMEONE is in the alchemist squad. some are better but basically anyone will do. I put Mao and a prinny there and they're doing fine.

Oh okay, I'm far from it then. I actually dumped most of my crap items into the Item Assembly after learning about that limit, so I'm even further off than before.
