im currently at 40 million stats for some of my characters especially the sage and im trying to get to 99mil stats how do i do that

what does maxing classes do other then giving their respective evilities and unique evilities? is it just reincarnation stat disrubition stat limit increase and evilities or does it do anything else?

So I want to get stronger, so I can take on the challenge missions and extra bosses. But I looked up a few bits of guides floating around and couldn't figure out what to do. All these grinding guides tell me to do things I don't have access to, or can't perform yet. They expect me to already be strong.
