Why not just call the police? The lady is clearly crazy, she doesn't even deny to have "helped" her victims, and Lauren's neck will show bruises from the strangulation attempt. There's enough evidence to turn her in (be it a prison or a psychiatry with a security tract) without revealing that Lauren's a medium.
