It's a big map, a minimap would be nice to see all the houses.

The only other improvement that could need to be tweaked is I have noticed that when you speed the game up like to 3 you tend to lose much of your money. You shouldn't lose that much money if you speed the game up to 3. it should stay the same no matter how fast or slow the setting is on.

I think that the creators of the game could add some side tasks to do, or they can add upgrades that you can buy (ex: faster walk speed, more money gained from rent, cheaper repair costs, etc.)

Another improvement would be the ability to change the rent and this would be based on family size. In other words if a family has a high end job you might charge them say $1200. If a family has a low end job you might only charge them say $750.
There should also be the ability for you to decide on what day the rent can be collected on.

There should also be the ability to add on the house like more rooms. The inside of the house you should be allowed to upgrade certain items like the stove, fridge, and maybe the possibility of adding luxuries like a dishwasher, how about upgrading other rooms in the house as well.
