Some extra suggestions for the game?

Hello Everyone,

I've been enjoying the game as it is a good one & I'm enjoying playing the part of a landlord. I just need to remember to collect the rent more frequently next time as I went broke on my last attempt.

Anyway if you are open to any further suggestions I was wondering what you thought of the following ideas.

-Maybe the city Council decides to introduce a Landlord Licensing scheme for Landlords so the game could have someone from the council inspect your properties & tell you what they might want improving before you get a Landlord License?

-Tenants suddenly moving out without telling you so you have to go & advertise the property to get tenants into your vacent property?

-Tenant waiting list so if you have a vacant house or apartment you could look at the list & decide who you want to take on as a tenant?

- If you have a vacant house or apartment how you want to advertise for new tenents maybe by putting a a paid for rental add in the local newspaper?

-The ability to evict tenents if they keep breaking things in their house?

-New types of repairs so lets say your tenents has a flood or loses their front door key do we provide a locksmith ourselves for free or do we charge the tenant?

-Mice or rodent problems so you have to pay for an exterminator?

-Problems with damp or mould on the walls you need to fix?

Ok those are enough suggestions. But I wanted to say thanks for creating the game as it's one I do enjoy.

I hope some of the ideas will be good ones & I'm looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

I quit playing the game because there just aren't enough features in the game. I made suggestions but I decide to stop supporting the game. The Final version is a complete joke. YOu should be able to build your own apartments or just in general real estate sadly you can't.

We do thank you for your suggestions and apologize for the delayed response there has been a lot of stuff happening around the company but,
Your suggestions do look good and ones specifically that we are going to work on in the coming months will probably include the evicting tenants & sudden moving sounds interesting, but as far as the ideas with advertising and waiting list they are something we will have to look into implementing without disturbing the core of the game but it shouldn't be too hard , so to say, overall though we will work to get them in as soon as possible.
