Landlord Simulator

Landlord Simulator

Short Game Review
I only played the game for 10 minutes but I already see a lot that can be improved.

1. You have no idea about the number of bedrooms and bathrooms there are in each house. Most landlords determine what they buy based on this criteria.

2. You can't go into the house to see the condition before you buy it and after you buy it, you still cant go in unless there is an issue.

3. The price of fixing up the condition of the house does not differ if you use a 0 exp worker or a pro but it SHOULD. The 0 exp guy should cost less

4. The number of points you get for fixing the condition does not change if you use a 0 exp worker or a pro but it SHOULD. The 0 exp guy should add less value than the pro guy

5. What's the difference between the areas of the city? For example, is the north side a better neighborhood which means the prices should be higher? Is the west side a bad neighborhood meaning the prices might be lower?

6. Where are the schools, shops, etc? This would help determine the value of the different areas as well as the house prices.

7. Where are the damn people? At least show people moving in and maybe hanging out after they have moved in. The neighborhood is still dead even after you rent the houses out.

I have a lot more to say but then again I've only played for 10 minutes so....I'm going to leave it here. I mean it is in early access so I wanted to help contribute if possible.
